Add a live, talking sales avatar to your store
It greets shoppers, answers questions in their language and recommends products from your catalogue. Connecting takes about a minute.
When you connect, the app shares your store address and name with Inter Reception, and then your product titles, descriptions, prices, images, links and stock status so the avatar can answer correctly. No customer or order data is read.

1. Show the avatar on your storefront
Turn on the Live Avatar app embed in your theme. Position, text and colour are set there.

3. Avatar credit
Balance: -. You pay in advance on your Shopify invoice; conversations are taken from the balance and the avatar stops only if it reaches zero. Nothing is charged automatically.
4. Ad strip and logo
A small "Inter Reception" strip and logo appear under the avatar. You can remove them with a one-time payment of $, charged on your Shopify invoice.
The ad strip and logo are removed. Choose the text shown under the avatar. Leave it empty to show nothing.
Saved.Disconnect
Removes the avatar from your store and deletes the product copy held by Inter Reception.
